Board of Selectmen –Regular Meeting Minutes
Chairman Stan Moss, Edith Morgan, and Jon Fudeman plus TA Nina Nazarian.
6:14 PM Stan opened BOS meeting in the Thomas Prince School.
Nina explained that the 6 PM meeting was posted in accordance with the emergency meeting provision, under the Open Meeting Law, to vote and sign the Make-Ready Long Term Borrowing paperwork, as it is expected that the Board of Selectmen’s March 14th meeting needed to be canceled due to the expected severe weather (snow). A meeting has been posted for March 16th to ratify the vote/action.
The Board voted 3-0, on a motion by Jon, second by Stan to sign and file the long term borrowing paperwork, contingent upon a vote on Thursday. The Board of Selectmen then signed all documents.
6:25 PM Selectmen voted to adjourn.
